BIM-Fix

BIM-Fix is a BIM Deviation tool functionality allowing you to fix BIM models. You can do so both automatically and manually. BIM-Fixed models can be downloaded as IFC files, and viewed and worked on using software of your choice.

Automatic BIM-Fix

This option is available for BIM elements marked as Incorrect. Use the "Move element" button to move an element to its suggested position. Save the new position by pressing the "Save BIM-Fix" button. The element will turn dark green to indicate that it's been fixed. Use the "Horizontal", "Vertical", and "Rotation" buttons to control the direction the element is snapped to the scan data.

Manual BIM-Fix

You can move any element using the Manual BIM-Fix option. The model needs to be loaded in the BIM deviation tool. Select a suggestion and click the "Manual BIM-Fix" button. You can also right-click a BIM element and choose "Manual BIM-Fix".

Use the provided controls to position the element to the place of preference.

๐Ÿ’ก You can use keyboard shortcuts instead of the 3D controls to move the element.

How to BIM-Fix multiple elements together

This option is available when using Manual BIM-Fix. Use the "+" symbol to enable the multi-selection mode. This will enable you to select as many elements as necessary, and they will move as one.
